What services do you offer?

End-to-end bookkeeping: this includes categorizations, monthly reconciliations, billing, payroll management, local city and state tax filings, and monthly financial reviews.

Why should I outsource my bookkeeping?

Bookkeeping is time-consuming, it's not an easy task, and it's not a job for a low level admin. We've yet to meet a successful medical doctor who handles their own accounting. Plus, an expert in-house bookkeeper costs $60K/yr.

How do you ensure the confidentiality and security of my financial data?

Any software we utilize for our operations is industry standard and comes with existing security measures built-in, on par with modern banking cyber security and in-step with accepted industry practice.

What accounting software do you use?

Quickbooks Online (QBO) is the accounting software we use to manage all of our client books, so if you're not already on QBO we can migrate you. We are also familiar with many different billing, POS, and payroll systems and regularly interact with new products coming to market all the time.

How often will I receive financial reports?

We generate financial reports on a monthly basis once your monthly reconciliation has been completed.
